Hustle in Heels - LADIES LEAD NWA is an initiative of the Rogers Lowell Chamber dedicated to empowering, educating, and connecting women with a modern approach to professional and business development.

Guest Speaker | Natalie Bartholomew: "The Girl Banker" with First Community Bank has experience in a variety of areas of banking including consumer, mortgage, and commercial lending, retail, culture building, strategic planning, human resources, and marketing. Natalie has a passion for philanthropy and sits on various boards and committees that serve the Northwest Arkansas region.
