Cass Job Corps’ Community Relations Council Meeting and Luncheon will be on Thursday, Nov. 14, from 10 am to 12 pm at Cass Job Corps Civilian Conservation Center.
This is an excellent opportunity to meet students and staff while becoming more familiar with the Job Corps Program on the local and national levels.
- Discussion of current and future Center and Community Projects
- Changes in center rules, procedures and activities that may affect the community.
- Planning for events of mutual interest which have opportunity for collaboration

Touring the Center is the perfect way to see for yourself all the great Knowledge and Skills delivered through Academic and Trade Programs designed for eligible youth between the ages of 16 and 24. Nationally, Job Corps Centers are year-round Department of Labor Job Training facilities with students enrolling and graduating almost every week, of every month. The program design is specifically tailored to meet regional and national workforce needs in a variety career pathways, thus positioning itself to deliver the maximum positive impact on employer needs and Job Corps Graduates’ opportunities for successfully entering or stepping up, in the world of work.
