This position is responsible for basic administrative activities of the Human Resources department in both Northwest Arkansas (Fayetteville) and River Valley (Fort Smith) businesses.
Work with the Human Resources Manager and other team members to maximize the utilization of the Human Resources component of the organization.
Qualifications / Work Requirements (Full Description Online)
High school graduate (required) supplemented by appropriate college level coursework preferred. Two or more years experience in Human Resources preferred. Experience with recruitment and HR administration strongly preferred. Experience in a construction environment preferred. Appropriate level HR certification is preferred. Valid state driver’s license and satisfactory driving record is required. Bi-lingual highly preferred. Must be 18 years in age or older. Must be willing to travel and work away from home when required. Most travel will consist of day trips between the two companies.
